Home Natural's Beeswax is 100% organic & natural. It is farmed locally from an organic farm in Southern California. The beeswax is cosmetic safe and has been tested. This beeswax works great when making body lotions lip balms and more! Our farmers collect the beeswax from unsprayed and unfertilized fields from their organic farm. At harvest time the honeycombs are carefully opened and the honey is drained and collected. Once that is completed the bees will seal the leftover honey inside the combs with a wax. This sealing procedure is called "capping". The wax or "capping" is collected from the honeycombs and is used in our production of our organic beeswax bars.
