Great for Medieval Re-creation / Tent Camping

As a member of an international Medieval Re-creation / Re-enactment Society candles are one of the main sources of "period" light we can use. However they can become quite a danger inside a canvas tent or pavilion.



These are an excellent replacement for "real" candles. They look smell and feel like real wax candles (because the are real wax) they flicker realistically when turned on and best of all...they won't set your tent on fire if accidentally knocked over!



We have purchased multiple sets of these flameless candles to use in our medieval re-enactment settings and so far nobody has believed they were flameless battery-operated candles until we proved it.

These had a very realistic flicker. I enjoyed these in several holiday tealight and votive holders. I really enjoyed not having to scrap wax and clean everything before I stored it away for the season. I have a few tealight houses and a porcelain sugar plum tree that holds tealights and get covered. Real candles always made these items very HOT. These flameless tealights didn't get hot. I didn't have to worry about my [...]year old or my cat knocking anything over or getting burning. I can't wait to use them around the house now that the holiday season is over.



It's only 4 stars because they can't use them in a clear holder. But they looked quite realistic in metal ceramic or frosted glass holders and luminaries.More detail ...

Can get MUCH better elsewhere!

I bought these candles because I thought they would look nice on my end table near the couch. At first they did look nice. However when I lit them they melted so much within the first half hour that the wax spilled all over the plate off the edge of the table and on to the floor. It took me an hour to get the wax out of the carpet!



The plate and rocks were ruined too covered in blobby candles and melted wax.



My suggestion if you buy this set - DO NOT BURN THE CANDLES! Use it as a decoration only.More detail ...

Beautiful!

I ordered this to use in my wedding in July. It is quite beautiful in person. The Amazon page says candles not included but there were white tapers and a pillar in the box. That was a nice surprise. (Note that it's a tall pillar not a small one like pictured. And the color is a pure white not ivory like pictured.)



The first holder I got was slightly damaged. I submitted a replacement request to Amazon and it came to me the next day! This one was perfect. Plus they paid the postage to return the damaged one. So I got both a good product and good customer service.More detail ...

Flameless Candles

These are great. Look like real candles and can go in places you can't get to easily with the neat remote. Used for 2 weeks every night through the Cmas season and the batteries are still good that's impressive to me. I expected to have to replace them. Very happy with this product.More detail ...

Great candles and good price

I bought these candles for my wedding since our venue won't allow flame. I ordered several different brands to try in order to see which LED candle is most realistic and was most impressed with these. They are still orange but these are less bright orange than others I tried and they only lightly flicker so they look much more realistic than some of the bright orange flashing lights I got. Glow well...but kinda dainty

My first reaction out of the box was how small they were. If you're going to buy these I think you need to get out a measuring tape and do a reality check on how big these things actually are.
